All of our properties are located in West Maui; we are not expanding into any other area of Maui at this time.  If your property is in one of the properties we already manage, or is located on the waterfront in another West Maui property, we would be excited to talk with you about joining our program.

Whalers Realty Management Company/Vacation-Maui.com is a wholly owned subsidiary of Whalers Realty Inc.. Whalers Realty Inc. was founded in 1976 and has been located in the Whalers Village in Kaanapali from its inception. Whalers Realty Management Company was formed in 1985 to meet the needs of our clients who desired a management style that allowed for more owner usage and flexibility than was generally available.

The name Vacation-Maui.com was registered as the dba for the company in 2001. This name was chosen to reflect the changes in the industry as more people began utilizing the Internet in planning their vacations. To increase visibility, in 2002 we moved our management company to the newly built Fairway Shops at Kaanapali located fronting on Honoapiilani Highway.
