If you are visiting as a group and want to have get- togethers, please take note of the following: Two (2) or three (3) day visitors or dinner guests are fine, however:

“Parties and gatherings are not allowed in INDIVIDUAL town homes.”

A neighborhood watch is in place so be aware that overcrowding will be reported, fines will be levied, and you risk the possibility of eviction!

Fortunately, Puamana has several beautiful places for gatherings at the main Clubhouse. The veranda on the Oceanside, the Gazebo next to the oceanfront pool, and for smaller groups the interior courtyard, piano room, and even the Oceanside pool deck in the evening.

These areas are available to everyone, unless already reserved by an owner. Thus if you are planning a gathering for a special night check with the front desk a day or two in advance to make sure the location you are planning on hasn’t been reserved.

Please remember to return all dishware and kitchenware to your town home, as they are all individually owned.
