The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach

Every now and then, one of our vacation accommodations winds up being so attractive that it is worth writing about exclusively. The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach is just such a condo. This is one of those places that really has it all. We'll tell you why.

The Whaler is located on the world famous Kaanapali Beach, home to a stunning stretch of soft white Hawaiian sand. An impressive cinder cone frames the north end of the beach nicely, and the marine life that thrive near its base make it an excellent spot for snorkeling. There is nothing like watching the sun set over the islands of Lanai and Molokai in the distance. In the morning, the deep blue green ocean is flat and warm.

You've probably heard all about the stunning natural beauty of Maui, or at least Hawaii in general, but there are other features that make this condo complex special.

The Whaler is located right next door to Whaler's Village where you can find souvenirs, designer clothing, fine jewelry and art galleries. Even our office is located there. Of course there are also restaurants nearby with wonderful food.

Let's talk about the Whaler itself, shall we? Condos range from two bed/two bath to studios, and all vacation apartments have very large lanais. They are spacious, light and airy, with wonderful garden and ocean views. Some room amenities include central air conditioning, marble baths concierge services and other wonderful features. Whaler amenities include an ocean front swimming pool and jacuzzi, a gym, a dry sauna, four tennis courts, two BBQ areas. You will also find Hina Mana Salon & Spa where you can indulge in wonderfully soothing and beautifying treatments. The convenient underground parking keeps above-ground views beautiful. The Whaler is located across from two world famous golf courses and is in walking distance to their driving range.

If you want a little extra excitement, downtown Lahaina is minutes away. Historically a whaling and trading port, Lahaina town is now a hub of exciting oceanfront shopping, dining and nightlife. Dance clubs, movie theaters, boutiques, and appropriate dining for all ages can be found here. The beautiful harbor hosts whale watching trips and many other fun activities like parasailing.
