The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach

Every so often, one of our vacation rental accommodations winds up having so much to offer that it deserves its own blog. The Whaler on Kaanapali Beach is one of those little gems that really has it all. Read on to hear about what it has to offer.

Located right on the world-famous Kaanapali Beach, the Whaler boasts stunning views of its magnificent stretch of soft white-sand beach. Kaanapali Beach is framed beautifully by "Black Rock," an impressive cinder cone that stretches into the water. It's base is surrounded with marine life, making for an excellent snorkeling spot. The sunsets cast an ethereal glow on the neighboring islands of Lanai and Molokai. In the morning, the deep blue green ocean is flat and warm.

The Whaler is located right next door to Whaler's Village where you can find souvenirs, designer clothing, fine jewelry and art galleries. Exquisite fine dining as well as affordable family restaurants are available to you as well. Even our office is located there.

On to the Whaler! Condos range from two bed/two bath to studios, and all vacation apartments have very large lanais. They are spacious, light and airy, with wonderful garden and ocean views. These are some of the Whaler's amenities: oceanfront swimming pool and jacuzzi, a gym, a dry sauna, four tennis courts and two BBQ areas. At the Whaler's Hina Mana Salon & Spa, you can indulge in wonderfully soothing and beautifying treatments. The convenient underground parking keeps above-ground views beautiful. The Whaler is located across from two world famous golf courses and is in walking distance to their driving range.

If you want a little extra excitement, downtown Lahaina is minutes away. Historically a whaling and trading port, Lahaina town is now a hub of exciting oceanfront shopping, dining and nightlife. Dance clubs, movie theaters, boutiques, and appropriate dining for all ages can be found here. The most difficult part is choosing between them! The beautiful harbor hosts whale watching trips and many other fun activities like parasailing.
