What do I
do after reserving my reservations on line? |

If you choose to use the credit card On-Line booking method, your reservation will be confirmed immediately and you may print a hard copy for your records by clicking the print button. If you choose to pay by check we will mail your reservation documents with initial deposit request due within 10 days. If your payment is not received within 10 days your reservation will be automatically canceled. We recommend making your initial deposit by credit card. All final payments are to be made by check. |

Confirmations? |

When you Book On-Line using our credit card interface, your reservation will be confirmed immediately. Should you choose to make your initial deposit by check, your reservation will be held for 10 days giving you time to mail a check to us. If your check is not received within 10 days, your reservation will be automatically canceled. We recommend that you make your initial deposit by credit card to avoid cancellation. All final payments are to be made by check. |

Deposit
consists of 3 nights which may be paid with credit card or check.
- Online Credit Card Option: Payment will be processed immediately upon
booking confirming you reservation.
- Check Option: Must be
received within 10 days of booking date to confirm reservation.
Final Payment is due 45 days prior to arrival, (by 10/15 for
Holiday season) and may be made either by check or credit card. If
both, deposit and final payment are made by check, a credit card will be
required as a form of security deposit. |

All of our condominium properties have at least one pool. Kaanapali Shores has two pools and Puamana has three pools, Maui Eldorado has three pools and a beach cabana. Some of our homes do not have a pool. Refer to the home description details. |

Condominium furnished? |

Each property is privately owned, furnished by the owners taste (within in certain guidelines of our management program) and include: fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwashers, range, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, and flatware. Linens and towels are stocked prior to your arrival. Washers/dryers are located within in the unit, or are available on site. Each unit has at least one color TV, with basic cable service, and DVD players are in most units. You are provided on arrival with an initial supply of toilet paper, bar soap, dishwashing detergent, paper towel and tissues. Additional supplies may be purchased at convenient stores nearby. |

Maid service varies according to the property. Units are cleaned and stocked by 3pm the day of your arrival. Units are cleaned after 11am day of your departure. Pre-checkin and checkout cleaning are included with your reservation. Additional maid services are available at cost. Additional request for maid service will require 48 hours advance notice. |
