Kaanapali Royal #B301 Golf/Garden View

Perfect stay for our family. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Quite condo rental resort. Loved the sunset view & the golfing greens from our deck. Great location. Walking distance to Whalers, coffee shops, restaurants and many other stores. Only regret is not staying longer!

Just stayed 5 nights at B301. More affordable than the hotels right on the beach, and just a short walk to the beach (a bit of a walk when there's golfers on the course, but faster at night when we could take a short cut). The condos are on the golf course, and the views are beautiful, and it's quiet. Pros: ~The community hot tub was awesome. Big and HOT! ~The condo is really big, with a large porch and living room ~Plenty of towels ~The snorkeling gear and beach chairs in the closet came in handy ~The condo painted Pickleball lines onto their tennis courts so we could play Pickleball (hard to see lines though) ~It was VERY clean. ~En suite bathrooms for both bedrooms ~Responsive condo management Cons: ~Kitchen table is very small and the lighting is very dim. Too small and dark to play games on it at night. ~The carpet was dingy and worn. Again, the condo was very clean, just aged carpet. ~We were traveling as 2 couples, so it would have been nice to have a queen or king bed in the downstairs room instead of 2 twin beds. However, we knew we'd have twin beds ahead of time, so the listing was accurate. ~The process for paying for parking was a pain; we had to track down management during business hours, but we were gone during the day. Would have been nice to just pay it online. BUT this is not the condo owner's fault--it's how the property runs parking for all the condos. Would have preferred the parking fee lumped into the VRBO fees. ~Would have preferred a keypad entry instead of having to keep track of our condo key at the beach. We'd stay here again. The grounds are beautiful with a lot of flowering shrubs and bushes.

Great condo. Nice view or the golf course and you could see the ocean. Heated Pool was fantastic. Only about a 10-12 minute walk to Whalers village and the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Our family of four had a wonderful trip here. I have two sons, ages 14 and 16 who love basketball, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a basketball hoop in the tennis court area. We played tennis, basketball, used the three body surfing boards, beach chairs and towels, and ate most of our meals at the condo. The layout is great, with the master upstairs so my husband and I had privacy, and plenty of space in the boy's room downstairs. The living room and back porch are enormous, with so much space for all of us to relax. It is pretty much directly across the street from Whaler's Village, so really easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. We snorkeled and jumped off Black Rock nearly every day, which is a short stroll up the beach. Great vacation!

Clean and comfortable place to stay. My family enjoyed sitting out on the patio and watching golfers. We were thankful to have AC as our visit was during beginning of September and was quite hot.

We loved our stay at Kaanapali Royal, with the convenience of being in Kaanapali, but the peace and quiet that is afforded on the other side of the golf course from the main tourist drag. The pool and tennis courts on the property felt like our own personal amenities. The condo seemed huge for our family of four, including two small children. We did a ton of cooking and laundry during our two week stay, which definitely helped us cut down on our expenses. We loved the proximity to Whaler's Village and big resorts, and enjoyed dinner every night on our lanai watching the sunset over the golf course. The text messaging system with management is super convenient and we always received prompt responses. The chickens, cats, and mangoes on the property were lovely local touches. We can't wait to come back. Mahalo!

This condo was in a great location. Clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Snorkelling gear in the cupboard was a great bonus. This condo is in a great location a short walk to Whalers Village. My only suggestion would be is to provide some table placemats for eating, also there were no salad bowls .

WE had a fabulous time in Maui. We came for a wedding and explored Maui. The condo was perfect. Loved sitting on the porch enjoying the warmth and view.

It was a great place to stay!

This condo is in the perfect location. Easy to get to beach and restaurants. It does need some updating inside it but overall it is good. Had an issue with tv but management company came over and got it fixed quickly. Guest bedroom should probably have a tv too. But loved our trip! Thank you Maui! ❤️‍♀️

We had a great stay in Maui. Short walk to the beach and Whalers Village. Nice small pool area. The kitchen is not all that stocked but all went well.

Very large unit even for 2 bedroom; excellent view of golf course, quiet location in the complex, comfortable furniture and good kitchen with all appliances and utensils.

Love this area! It was our second time at Kaanapali Royal and we would go back again in a heartbeat!

Great location with balcony view of the Kaanapali golf course and ocean view. Great proximity to walk to Whalers village for shopping and great restaurants.

Unit is outdated but overall clean and has great gear in the closet for tennis rackets and snorkel gear to use for your visit. Had issue with the master bath shower broken on our 5th day and called for maintenence but the shower was never repaired for the remainder of our stay. The one black mark of having only 1 shower for the last 3 days of our stay.

The condo is very well kept for the age of the building. The decor is a little dated but that adds to the character. Not to mention, how can you complain when you are in Maui. The staff was very helpful anytime we had questions or needed anything. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Both bedrooms were very large which was nice. The kitchen had all of the utensils you might need to cook any meal. The washer, dryer and AC worked perfect. The management group that runs it is very easy to work with and very accommodating if you need anything, The whole complex including the pool are well kept and we will be back in the future.
