Updated Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to travel due to a COVID-19 related issue we are offering two choices; you may either roll your reservation forward to any open dates in the same property or receive a full refund.


Testing Requirements: It’s important to note the State of Hawaii requires all transpacific travelers to complete a Traveler Health screening form and obtain a valid negative COVID-19 NATT test 72 hours prior to departure. In addition, they must also either: (1) Download the AlohaSafe Alert application or another Google-Apple Exposure Notification System application (2) Or enable their exposure notification setting on their mobile device.  You can find links to the Aloha Safe App to share here:


Trip Insurance: We are glad to report our trip insurance affiliate Generaliis now providing trip coverage if you, a family member, or a traveling companion contract Covid-19 before or during your travels.


Enhanced Cleaning: Our cleaners are following CDC cleaning guidelines. We are blocking a day between arrival and departures to allow time to complete the required extra cleaning and disinfecting.


Special Discounts: We are excited to offer two special discounts; 15% off new holiday reservations and a 20% discount for stays of 30 days or more in 2021, which applies to select properties.


Face Masks: Everyone in Hawaii is required to wear face masks when in public. The county has also further clarified that masks must be worn to gyms, yoga studios, and similar venues, for both indoor and outdoor activities.  Masks must also be worn while walking to the beach and pool areas. Your mask may be removed once stationary, and separated from non-household members outdoors.

Fortunately, many restaurants, activities, and businesses are reopening with reduced hours and occupancies.
