Kaanapali Royal #L301 Golf/Partial Ocean View

We had an amazing time in Maui. Walking distance to Whalers Village. Close to beaches. We had every beach item you need and beach towels! Communication was really good with who we rented from!

We stayed at the Kaanapali Royal L301 with another couple for my sisters wedding and the space was perfect. Located right off the golf course with a short walk to the beach. We were close enough to all the main attractions Whalers Village had to offer and didn’t have to find or pay for parking, which was nice. Both bedrooms had a king size bed with their own bathrooms which allowed for privacy. The living room was spacious and comfortable, although we didn’t spend a whole lot of time lounging on the sofa because the weather was too perfect to stay indoors. The unit contained everything you needed for a trip to the beach, from a beach umbrella, to chairs, snorkel gear, flotation devices, coolers and a cart to transport all the essentials. I would definitely stay at this condo again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the island with friends or family. It was the perfect setting for a quiet getaway in paradise. Thank you to the staff for being so easy to work with, the check in/out process was very easy and available via text or phone with any questions or concerns.

We were pleasantly surprised with the up to date appliances and finishes throughout the condo. In addition, the description says partial ocean view, but we thought the view was spectacular! The location was amazing too. It’s only about a 10-15 minute walk to Whalers Village or the Ocean and only 5 minutes to the pool!
When we arrived the fridge was not cooling properly, but management responded so quickly to our concern and fixed it! We enjoyed walking to Monkeypod Kitchen for dinner in Whalers Village and seeing Black Rock Beach.
I will definitely be recommending this condo for family and friends to stay in! I hope I’m able to come back as well and use this same condo!

This condo was amazing! We were able to walk right down to Whalers village and to other resorts where other family stayed. Condo was very clean and spacious and great view of the gold course! However I think the bathroom shower can use some re-caulking. We want to try and stay in Maui again and this place will be our top choice!

Beautiful views and wonderful condo! Short walk to the beach and all the amenities our families needed at the unit. Would 100% stay again!

This was such a comfortable stay in Kaanapali. The view of the whole area down to the water is stunning and relaxing and the space is huge. We loved it.

We really enjoyed the stay. The condo is in a great location, with a great view. We like that it is a gated and secured community.

This was the perfect property for our group of 5. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were great. We ate dinner on the lanai every night. Having the grill out there was a huge bonus. We walked to Whaler Village every evening which was so nice. My kids loved watching the golfers and the pool was a hit. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful facility, clean and well maintained. Comfortable home with a wonderful relaxing view. Condo is spacious and easily accommodated our family of 6. We enjoyed our 18 night stay. Close walk to Whalers Village shops and restaurants as well as the best beach on Maui. Plenty of beach toys are provided.

One item of note is the Condo was short on cabinet space (pantry) food storage. Also limited dishes with lids for saving prepared food. There was basically no kitchen/home cleaning items provided to clean counter tops, bath mirrors, sliding door glass, etc. Would think that having owner provided cleaning items would encourage renters to keep place better maintained over a stay.

Property management was quick to answer our inquiries and provide access/checkout information and additional towels and linens that were needed.

Overall we were very happy with the unit. It made for a pleasant family vacation in paradise. We will look to staying here again in the near future.

Our time at the Condo was wonderful, only issue were a couple that need to be addressed which I have already sent a notice. Other then that I would rent it again. I think I have rented this place last year.

Had the best time at this condo. It is close to Whalers village and great restaurants. It was so comfortable and absolutely loved the lanai! Will definitely come back!

We just returned from a stay at this outstanding condo. The location is ideal, being close to the free trolley, Fairway shopping center (and the amazing Maca Dang Dang) and a short walk to the lively beach scene at Kaanapali. We loved being able to access the fun shops and beautiful beach, but then escape the busy summer crowds and return to the tranquility of this quiet condo complex. The condo has everything we needed for a fun beach day, cooking meals, and making this a little home away from home. We were so sad to leave and really hope to return to this great spot.

We just returned from staying at this outstanding condo. The location is ideal with shops, the free trolley, and the beach within a short distance. We loved the peace and quiet of the condo complex, and being able to enjoy the Kaanapali beach area, but then escape from the big summer crowds. Beautiful condo, beautiful view from inside and while sitting outside on the lanai. Very comfortable king size bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Walkable to Kaanapali beach, shopping, restaurants and convenience store. Nice pool. Others staying at this property we’re very respectful. Would highly recommend this unit.

From the time we reached out to Vacation Maui about the rental, the experience was nothing but perfect! The staff was wonderful. They reached out to us making sure our stay was going great. Very clean and absolutely beautiful! We definitely will be staying with them over and over!

The condo was well-equipped, clean, and has beautiful views. Being within walking distance to Whaler's Village and Kaanapali Beach was so great! Sleeping in a comfy bed and spending the mornings on the lanai with coffee...well...we miss that already!

This was my family's third time staying at this condo and each time has been wonderful. It's clean, comfortable, and like a home away from home for my family of four. The location is perfect. We loved being close enough to Whaler's Village to enjoy the restaurants and shopping, but far enough away to avoid the crowds. The views from the lanai were amazing. Each evening we loved to sit out on the balcony and watch the sunset over the ocean. Each morning we'd open the blinds from the upstairs master bedroom and enjoy the view as we woke up. We also loved to walk to the local coffee shop nearby, around the golf course, and down by the beach. We've seen rainbows on more than one occasion during those morning walks. Anyone who stays in this condo will have comfortable accommodations that will enhance your visit. Be sure to book at least two weeks because one week is not enough.

Close enough to the ocean to see the whales frolic and jump, from the downstairs lanai, or the master suite lanai. Sunsets viewable upstairs and downstairs. Beautiful morning views. Quiet and peaceful. Kitchen well appointed with all the needed items. Loved our 2 weeks here. Very much a home away from home.
