The Renovation of Lahaina is well underway. Fortunately, an oasis of 130 properties, including this home on the south shore of Puamana, survived the Lahaina Fire. Maui County has now cleared this section of Puamana for access and confirmed that all utilities, including water, were thoroughly tested by the EPA and are in good, safe condition. As a result, we can safely welcome guests back to enjoy a unique low-rise oceanfront Maui lifestyle with beautiful palm tree-filled greenbelts stretching along the sparkling blue Pacific Ocean in this lovely home, recently updated with new furniture and finishes, offering a spacious 2400-square-foot living area and tropical décor with a surf vibe. Unfortunately, the Historic Clubhouse and 94 townhomes on the north side of the property were destroyed in the Lahaina fire. They have cleared vacant building sites, and their plans and permits are pending county approval. Access in this area is restricted. Furthermore, Lahaina Town is currently off-limits while rebuilding is in progress. You will notice the building sites as you drive down the highway and enter the gate at Puamana. Once over the bridge, you will enter the tropical oasis of low-rise homes that Puamana is famous for. Two grocery stores in Lahaina and their shopping complexes, Safeway and Foodland Farms, survived the fire and are just a 10-minute drive away. Maui's best Hula show, the Old Lahaina Lua, also survived, along with four excellent restaurants: Ocean Tavern, Mala’s, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle.

Perfect spot for surfing and access to Lahaina

Great spot and super comfortable, well-appointed condo. If you surf, you’re 50 yds from a consistent right-hander. And if you don’t surf, you have a front row seat for ocean views with Lana’i right off the coast - incredible sunsets. 5 mins and you are parked and enjoying Lahaina. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and perfect location

We were a family celebrating my father’s 80th and parents 60th anniversary. Perfect for a family. House is clean, well stocked and perfect location. View is amazing and beach is steps from the patio. Puamana is a great community with pools for adults and children, tennis, and pickle ball. Bathrooms and kitchen are a little dated but clean and in great working order. The listing and management company did not mention they have some beach towels, beach chairs, boogie board and cooler to use at the beach and did not mention basics stocked in the kitchen. I almost didn’t book because of this but was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Great place and would highly recommend. Thank you!
