Puamana 254-1 is a beautifully remodeled oceanfront 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome with an exceptional corner location on the sunny south shore of Puamana that wasn’t harmed by the Lahaina fire. The coconut tree-filled lawn adds to the tropical charm of this magical oceanfront setting. 254-1’s open floor plan offers a seamless indoor and outdoor living blend to enjoy the panoramic ocean views from the kitchen, living room, and lanai. Enjoy spectacular sunsets, surfers rolling in on the waves, turtles, whale watching in season, and beautiful ever-changing ocean blues. The upstairs primary bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom, king bed, direct oceanfront views, and a spacious sunning and star-gazing deck. The two guest bedrooms provide majestic views of the West Maui Mountains, one with a king and the second with two twin beds, offering expansive windows inviting the island breezes and tropical views into every corner of the space.
The lanai features an outdoor shower and gas grill perfect for a BBQ with family or friends, dining, or just kicking back and relaxing. With a top-of-the-line location, inspiring oceanfront vistas, beautiful remodeling, quality decor, and all the conveniences of home 254-1, Puamana Oceanfront 'No Ka Oi' -Puamana Oceanfront at its best.
Please note: Several buildings on the northern side of Puamana’s oceanfront community were impacted by the Lahaina fires of 2023. Fortunately, this property and the entire southern side of Puamana were unharmed; however, cleared parcels will be visible as you drive down the highway and first enter Puamana. We’re also pleased to report that two grocery store complexes in Lahaina—Safeway and Foodland Farms—as well as Maui's renowned Hula show, the Old Lahaina Luau, and four excellent Lahaina restaurants—Ocean Tavern, Mala, Aloha Mixed Plate, and Star Noodle—were not affected and are all less than a ten-minute drive away.
At Puamana, you can unwind in your tropical sanctuary away from the high rises while remaining just a short distance from the thrills of world-class golf, distinctive shopping, ocean activities, and exceptional dining experiences. The resort amenities of Kaanapali and Kapalua are also easily accessible. Whether you’re organizing a relaxing getaway or a productive retreat, this is the ideal spot to take advantage of everything Maui offers.

This was a lovely property and an excellent location. The unit was very clean and was perfect for our family of six. The view from the lanai was absolutely beautiful and having a walkout to the ocean was exactly what we wanted and what was depicted in the photos. The property is quiet and very relaxing. We loved that it was walking distance to Lahaina. We would definitely stay at this property and at this unit again. Our family had an amazing vacation! …. Property management company was very responsive and friendly.

Sleeping to the crashing waves was such a bonus. The home offered everything we needed to relax in Maui and was a stone's throw from town. Next time we are renting paddle boards because this location is ideal for them.

This place is so lovely. Everything is top quality from top quality linens to a fully appointed kitchen. It is great to come to a rental and find everything you need AND decent red wine glasses! We had a lovely stay and spent hours on the shaded Lanai listening to the surf and watching the turtles frolick! The water was so warm and we had the best swims. I am definitely coming back!

Our family had an amazing time in Maui and the property was the icing on the cake. From the beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the patio and master bedroom balcony to the general comforts of the home, we found our stay to be both seamless and pleasant. I can't say enough about how this place made for amazing memories! The oceanside location provided a beautiful view all day long and easy access to the practically private beach was a bonus. The well stocked kitchen combined with a trip to Costco made breakfast and dinner on the lanai so enjoyable! The bedrooms were very comfortable; especially the master suite with balcony. The spectacular sunsets were icing on the cake.

This location was outstanding! You could not get closer to the beautiful ocean than this. We had a whale just off the coast that visited several days in a row. The townhouse was beautiful and you could not ask for more in the primary bedroom with its expansive deck and ocean views. The complex is clean and everyone was so friendly. It is in a great location. Great for families.
We had an issue during our stay but it was rectified to our satisfaction and really made our stay even more enjoyable. We will be back!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful kitchen and living room overlooking the ocean and out onto the lanai. The sliding doors open the whole way bringing the outside in where you can feel the warm air and hear the lap of the ocean. The master bedroom is gorgeous with its own deck amd beautiful bathrooms and the other 2 bedrooms are perfect for a family. The sunsets are stunning from your own patio and the grounds are spectacular. We never wanted to leave this little paradise. The town of lanai is an easy walk or bike ride and so fun to explore. We will definately go back.

Beautifully upgraded and cared for condo. All the amenities you need, plus an incredible location right on the beach. The whale watching was amazing, great ocean swims, beautiful sunsets and a super-easy walk or bike ride into Lahaina. All in all a fantastic holiday setting. We will be back. Mahalo!

Overall, the stay here was great.
The pros:
Great views of the ocean
Clean, comfortable and quiet home!
Each room had a fan and AC unit
Well designed bathrooms and kitchen.
The cons:
The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable. The mattress was hard and the pillows were flat.
The only issues we had were regarding getting supplies. Towels were not available but a quick call resolved that. We also couldn’t find additional paper towels as well and were unable to reach anyone by phone to request more of it. However, these are just minor issues and everything else was great.

This property is literally 20 yards from the ocean. The living room has a glass/screen door that allows you to open up the whole wall to the ocean. One bedroom on the second floor also has a deck to get even greater views. The community has a private beach with mostly sand and three pools. You can also easily walk to downtown Lahaina about a mile away. The perfect place to stay for four adults and an 11 year old. The pictures do not do this condo justice - it's fantastic!

Stayed at this location for 7 nights. The location, 5 minute bike ride from Lahaina center is great. Its in a gated community so private, quiet, and safe. Right on the beach (although one cannot jump right over the shrubbery onto beach, have to walk about 50 feet for beach access). The beach itself is beautiful, be sure to wear reef shoes. The community is nice, remember to get a parking pass from the community center.
One covered parking space. There is a hose nearby to wash off sand (and also an outside shower by the patio). The kitchen has all the appliances and they are new and clean. New washer and dryer as well along with detergent. There are a few books and games, a few extra sets of snorkel gear. The living room opens onto the lanai with great views of...Lanai.
The patio furniture is nice, there is a grill, and there are extra bodyboards there. There is a hammock that we did not use.
There is also a bathroom on the first floor.
Each room has its own AC unit, but with the windows open, the house becomes very comfortable. Upstairs, the master is awesome, huge closet, and a shower with a view of the ocean. Big comfortable bed and the Master opens up to another oceanview deck. Two smaller bedrooms (one with 2 twin beds and the other with a queen) and one shared bathroom. The price was not bad for the location and management company was very very responsive. Would definitely rent this unit again

This is an absolutely beautiful beach front home with a stunning view. Its location is great for reaching many different activities such as snorkeling, ziplining, and parasailing. It is also in close proximity to many restaurants. The interior of the house is comfortable and nicely furnished. Our family enjoyed our stay here tremendously and look forward to returning again soon!

This townhome on the ocean was so perfect for our family of 6 adults. The rental was recently updated so it was like new and very clean. Our favorite features were daily spectacular sunsets, snorkeling right off the back yard, coffee on the lanai and BBQ dinners utilizing the thoughtfully stocked kitchen and accessories. The beds were comfortable and we fell asleep to the sounds of surf! I definitely look forward to returning to this rental.

This was a wonderful waterfront vacation rental!! We were a party of 6 and it was perfect. We cook in nearly all meals and this was an extremely well equipped kitchen. I loved the remodel and modern decor. Whale watching was a daily treat! We had the master and every night I went to sleep to the crashing waves and salty breezes. I never closed those doors for any night and didn’t even need to turn on the fan. We stayed 7 nights the first week of March. Such a memorable place!! ✈️
The place was beautiful and the property was well maintained. Easy to get to from the airport. The ocean view was amazing. We loved staying there, and if we go back to Maui someday, I would definitely stay there again.
