Puamana 5-2 Superior Garden View

Overall the property is great. Enough room for my family of seven. Well equipped with towels and kitchen supplies, could use more coffee cups. Some little bugs in kitchen and baths, they seems to be drawn to water, but nothing too bad. You can’t beat the quick walk to the pools, beach and downtown Lahaina and the price was very fair. The property manager checked in frequently and we would most definitely stay here again if we came to Maui. If you have a big family you will need a shower schedule, hot water tank can handle about 3 showers in a row. Air conditioning worked well and was a must for us during our July stay. There is some decent snorkeling equipment here too, take it to Napili Bay! The grocery store that is close is good but pricey, seek out the Safeway or Walmart first if you can.

Very nice, well stocked home in a nice resorty area in Lahaina. House easily sleeps 6 with nice kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. Very close to beach. Excellent service from the rental company who runs it. Highly recommend it!

This house is wonderful - its location is perfect and it has a private beach that is a perfect distance away, good waves and beaches. The house was large enough for a group of seven. It was amazing! Highly recommend

Home was very cozy and plenty of room for all 6 of us. We love the grounds and the pools. The town was within walking distance and the Aquarium was a short drive down the road. We will definitely come back.

This property was perfect for us. My husband and I took the upstairs bedroom and our daughter and two grandkids took the two downstairs bedrooms. The pools were an easy walk away as was the beach. The walk into town was about ten minutes, was much better after we rented a wagon for the little ones. The hosts were great, our oven went on the fritz and it was fixed the next day. So they are very attentive and proactive to any complaint

Traveled with our kids and grandkids. This fit our needs perfectly. Upstairs suite was our own private sanctuary while the main floor provided plenty of space for the rest of the family. Furnishings are a bit dated, but overall the home is well maintained. The washer and dryer worked great and allowed us to pack lightly. The management was very responsive throughout the booking process and during the stay. The amenities throughout the gated community are very nice. It was an easy walk (less than a mile) into Lahaina and a short drive to several beaches. Baby Beach was particularly enjoyable for our grandchildren - ages 3 and 1. I would definitely come back again.

Our group really enjoyed our time at Puamana. Lots to do on property and proximity to Lahaina made this trip quite memorable. Although the water heater unit failed and needed to be replace, the management got the problem taken care in a reasonable amount of time and made it right.

Overall we had a really good time in Puamana. Lots to do around the property and proximity to Lahaina is perfect. Will come back again.

We enjoyed the condo it was well equipped and was a peaceful place to spend our time while in Maui. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Place was fine. Big enough for family of 4. Bedrooms were wonderful size. The kitchen I don’t believe has been updated in 25 years. Dishwasher was new (thank you) but kitchen knives I believe were bought at a discount store and completely useless and the stove burner and oven were easily from 1982. That said, we were still pretty happy overall. Location fantastic and the Whalers team is always so fantastic to work with.

Puamana is a beautiful condo community. We have stayed in various condos 4 or 5 times previous. Walking distance to Lahaina and a peaceful retreat. We grilled almost every nite and used all the pools. The beach comes and goes over the years. The floors in the unit could use a real scrubbing downstairs and the inventory of utensils in the kitchen needs a real inventory. There were 7 of us and not enough bowls or spoons. We got a place setting for 4 in flatware from Walmart and some disposable bowls. All lower cabinets in the unit were very beat up and the kitchen cabinets need a thorough cleaning on the exterior.

What a wonderful location away from the busy downtown Lahaina scene. Great property with very helpful staff.
