Puamana is a gated, low-density oceanfront community with nearly a half-mile of shoreline, expansive greenbelts, and tropical gardens. Centrally located, it offers convenient access to West Maui’s best beaches and is just five miles from world-renowned Ka’anapali Beach.

Inside, the ground-floor master bedroom features a queen bed, en-suite bath, washer/dryer, and a small office area with access to the lanai. Please Note:

Loved the location near Lahaina and ocean. The ocean pool was very peaceful and the other pools were warm with shallow areas for the kids.

I rented this unit knowing that the unit was outdated however upon arrival it was worse than expected. Generally, I can make the best of things in order not to complain but when we saw a rodent in the unit that’s when I had to call into management. Surfaces were dusty, sofas smelled of sweat and odor and had food, crayons, paper stuffed under cushions, patio and grill covered in bird poop, old tire on the patio etc.
I enjoyed the grounds and amenities of Puamana but unit 80-3 is in dire need of a good cleaning, de-clutter and attention to deferred maintenance.

Everything was organized perfectly, we had all the information in advance how to enter the complex and the house, it was clean and the stay was nice and relaxing overall. The house is old and needs updating but everything was functioning properly and we have not had any issues with anything. The biggest disadvantage is that there is no access to the beach, only swimming pools available. The complex is beautiful and well maintaned.
